The Work:
As an Application Architecture professional, you will be part of the Sales Excellence Center of Excellence (CoE), which enables and improves sales methodology and sales services across Accenture. You will design, prioritize, and deploy the business and functional requirements that support and empower world-class strategic sales advisors to drive continued sales success.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide functional architecture support to Manage mySales (MMS) and manage myPrice (MMP) sales tools, incident management support, MMS security and interface provisioning, and design/testing of tool updates
- Work independently with moderate supervision, virtually or in local office as required, to ensure sales tools are stable and aligned to Accenture's evolving business needs and strategy
- Use software development life cycle knowledge to provide input into the creation of operational processes and tool design/maintenance
- Be responsible for an area of low size/complexity including helping to create and execute workplans at assigned level
- Manage, collect, research, analyze, and interpret data
- Provide senior leadership and others with expert tools and process support within specific area of responsibility
- Develop deep knowledge of Sales Excellence Service Offerings and how Application Architecture supports them with expertise in specific area of responsibility
- Understand where and how Sales Excellence, the Center of Excellence, and Application Architecture fit into the bigger Accenture picture
Here’s what you need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Excellent English language fluency (oral and written)
- Highly proficient in learning and applying processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience teaming and collaborating virtually with diverse individuals
- Flexibility with work hours to support other time zones, depending on assigned area, and to support shifting business needs
- Excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
Bonus points if you have:
- Business Management education
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with Accenture sales processes and tools
- Experience working remotely in a virtual, global environment
Qualifications
Must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience related to program and project management or incident management or a functional architect or tools tester
- Design of business solution
- Profile should not be a developer
Good to Have:
- Understanding of sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage mySales)
- knowledge of software development lifecycle or SDLC
- Familiarity with Accenture sales processes and tools
- Experience working remotely in a virtual, global environment
