Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide client facing, proactive support by contacting and interfacing with enterprise customers, understanding issues, and engaging the correct stakeholder teams to resolve outstanding issues being raised by both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate of any 4-yr degree course, preferably IT or ECE
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certified
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Minimum 1 yr BPO experience, preferably Customer Service or Telco
Good to have:
• Must have knowledge and experience in Project Management (at least 6 months)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite (Google Workspace)
