Talent Fulfillment Specialist to Associate Manager

Job Description
The TP&O Lead is responsible for ensuring supply and demand is balanced across the service group, with a focus on pyramid mix and talent refresh. The TP&O Lead will work closely with the Talent Scouts to understand future demand and make recommendations on actions to mitigate risks around skill shortages.
Responsibilities:
- Identify supply demand imbalances across the Service Group and make data driven recommendations to Service Group and HR Leadership on actions required
- Work with HR Partners to share priorities for action; e.g. filling overdue demand, reducing bench, increasing chargeability
- Synthesize complex data to provide insights and influence talent decisions with leadership
- Create and refresh an affordable headcount plan; share output with relevant stakeholders including Recruitment
- Identify opportunities for improvement; ways to reduce chargeability leakage, automation opportunities, more efficient ways to forecast
- Support HR Partners with key supply demand priorities; Aged Bench, chargeability escalations, long-term available process
Qualifications
Skills / Experience:
- Strong analytical skills are a must - experience analysing large amounts of data
- Data driven driven advisory - in addition to analysing data, the TP&O Lead must be able to translate the data into a story and actions for the Service Group / Practice

- Influencing skills - able to influence senior stakeholders to take action or make difficult decisions
- Strong commercial acumen - able to understand the broader business context
