RESPONSIBILITIES:
• People developer (Coaching & Counselling team members)
• Team management
• Quality Advocate
• Processes’ improvement - Idea Generator / Cost avodance projects / Process developer
• Work allocation & management (Delivery)
• Escalation Management
• Time and Expense Policies’ expert
• Monitoring KPI & SLA
• Reporting & Data Insigights - Leadership Presentations.
• Client Relationship (Employee/T&E Leadership) - Stakeholder Management
• Act as POC for ISMS/Internal/External Audits
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 5 years of experience relevant to audit (internal/external) across industries; with at least 3 years supervisory experience
2. CPA not required and audit experience does not have to be from major auditing firms; audit experience within the team should be good
3. Good communication skills
4. Knowledgeable on MS Office Application (Excel – Pivot table, vlookup)
5. Critical thinking
6. Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
