Corporate Mobility Analyst - Japanese
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1) PH departure and JP arrival briefings
2) Visa application documents processing
3) company onboarding and orientation
4) housing and settling-in services
5) Case Management liaison to PH and Japan team members and managers
As appropriate, co-ordinate/execute operations & deliverables. Promptly ascertain advise on next steps & take actions where relevant. Involve key stakeholders & domain experts in the
deliberation process, seeking advisory from Corporate Mobility leads.
• Familiarize with vendor assessments & share operational experiences with the respective leads
• Administer the implementation & deployment of measurements for vendor programs, services, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scope changes
Qualifications
• College graduate: Bachelor’s Degree
• Open to Fresh Graduate
• JLPT N1-2 certified
At least 1 - 2 years of experience
• Office 365
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Oral and Written Communication Skills in both English and Japanese language
• Native Japanese or non-Japanese who are proficiency in using Japanese preferably with JLPT N1-2 certificate
Good to Have:
• Familiar with Japanese culture and doing business with Japanese nationals / government offices
• Visa and Immigration, Destination Services
