Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides direction for meeting overall Internal Fulfillment (Redeployment and Internal Applications in ACM) for Accenture Operations metrics and goals. The demand specialist oversees simple to medium complexity cases and troubleshoots issues. He/she is responsible for individual load balancing. Provides support to Operations in ensuring all other Accenture related requirements are met. The work may involve data analysis and investigation that drives multiple visualization and analytics on internal supply.
• He/She is also expected to identify automation opportunities.
• As a Specialist, he/she should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of inductive thinking, and applies lessons learned in the past to current situations and issues.

o Provide status on internal transfers
o Responsible for any process inquires
o Assists the Talent Supply Demand Senior Analyst in managing both redeployment enrollment and internal applications and address processing issues
o Conduct Quality Audit to Ensure SLA’s are met
o Investigates and analyzes data and suggests process improvements
o Manages individual Productivity, Utilization, Quality and other KPI expectations of the deal/team.
o Manages individual Performance Objectives
o May be designated with adhoc/administrative tasks as required from time to time.
o Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems.
o Respond to specific requests within a timely manner.
Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have atleast 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Account Management or Project Management
• Has 3 years Supervisory experience
