Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Act as escalation point
• Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled
• Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals
• Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback for direct reports in Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance)
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
Qualifications
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 3-4 years experience in payroll; supervisory experience not required
• SAP background is desired
• Open to those that are from non-BPO industries
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
