Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the following areas within Payroll Admin: Transactional, Complex, Time & Attendance.
- • Act as Team Lead and to spend 90% of their time on supervisory activities and 10% of time on processing transactions.
- • Act as escalation point and backup to the Associate manager and the other team leads.
- • Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.
- • Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals.
- • Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to their direct reports.
- • Responsible to interact with other leads to identify opportunities for improvements/streamline processes/issues.
- • Responsible to manage the cross training and development of the team in terms of the Payroll Admin processes and activities, to act as a backup for that team during peak periods and when team members are off.
- • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. He/she may create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
Qualifications
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 5 years experience in payroll; with at least 3 years supervisory/leadership experience
• SAP background is desired
• Open to those that are from non-BPO industries
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
