Virtual Executive Support Associate
Job Description
• Uses Outlook to receive and process requests; Uses Service Now to log the requests
• Provide administrative support services to dedicated Managing Directors from North America
• Support delivery such as but not limited to: Travel arrangement; Calendar Management; Events Planning, Minutes-taking; Preparation of meeting agenda.
• Client Management
• Administration including reporting; PMG; Time & Expense; Buy Now Invoice Processing and Procurement
• Preparing internal team reports, team training/brown bag sessions and customer relations
• Preparing documents and correspondence according to company guidelines
• Research and gathering of information from identified sources
• Assisting with special projects (discuss with Team Lead)
Handling MDs with critical roles and responsibilities including Level 3 and up across North America
Qualifications
Must Have:
College Degree (Relevant 4-year course)
1 -2 year experience in Executive Support Background
Customer Service Skills/Experience/Exposure
Knowledge/experience MS Office (Excel and PPT) and Outlook
Communication skills – English – Advanced skill level
Good to Have:
Negotiation experience
Stakeholder and client management experience
