Project Name: Global Corporate Citizenship Position Name: Corporate Citizenship Transformation Lead Role Name: Corp Ctznship Strat&Progs Sr Manager Location: CG2; Work from Home Shift: Midshift Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Global Corporate Citizenship team to drive and oversee the internal and external transformation programmes. This activity is expected to be both strategic and programmatic in nature. We want someone who is motivated to solve problems with insights and innovation and who will thrive in a highly collaborative environment where team success takes priority over individual metrics. Critical to this role is the ability to think analytically, build relationships, and be able to communicate at an executive level. You will be an experienced program manager who wants to make a difference to this critical global function. Qualifications: Must Have: • Bachelor´s Degree • 10+ years of delivering complex programs, including technology delivery and process design • Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence others. • Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally with clear ability to influence others. • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate a continuous learner mindset and that you can bring innovative, new thinking to the workplace Good to Have: • Experience of CSR or non-profit / development sector is an advantage
