This position involves a blend of analytical expertise, project management, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure seamless RESPONSIBILITIES: Other Tasks: Team members may occasionally be asked to perform non-transition-related roles or tasks as needed to support business and organizational requirements. The expected outcomes from these temporary assignments will be discussed by your designated lead as they arise to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables. Lead Responsibilities • Workstream Leadership: Lead one or more workstreams within a Service Transition program, ensuring all deliverables align with timelines, quality standards, and overall program objectives. Oversee the design and build of workstream components or sub-components, ensuring compliance with the overall Solution Blueprint. • Solution Implementation: Define, build, and implement efficient and scalable components for Service Transition programs, leveraging standard solution components to maximize consistency and efficiency. • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders within your workstream, managing expectations and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. • Team Leadership: Mentor the support team, provide direction and constructive feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of service transition activities. Support Responsibilities • Response Materials Development: Assist Transition/Workstream Leads, Service Delivery Leads, and other functional teams in preparing high-quality response materials for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. • Cost Estimation and Work Planning: Support the Transition Program Manager in creating cost estimates and detailed work plans for assigned workstreams. • Due Diligence Participation: Contribute to Due Diligence and Service Transition activities by analyzing processes, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights. • Analytical Support: Apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate concepts, solutions, and alternatives, supporting data-driven decision-making. Shared Responsibilities • Methodology and Tools Adherence: Implement and promote the use of standard Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Define and analyze the costs and benefits of specific solutions or workstreams to support informed decision-making. • Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to the Knowledge Exchange, sharing best practices and insights to enhance the organization’s Mobilization capabilities. • Organizational Structure and Processes Adherence: Adhere to and ensure compliance with organizational policies, structures, and processes. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years of industry experience • At least 2 years project management experience (BPO experience only) • Transition experience, exposure to F&A (RTR, PTP), Insurance, HR, or People Transfer as good/nice to have only • Individual Contributor
