---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Business Transformation Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the modernization and optimization of Banking and Compliance processes using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and traditional process improvement methods. • Evangelize Business Transformation solutions for clients, focusing on end-to-end transformation to create “Future Ready” Operations. • Design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk. • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure transformation success. Engage with client senior leadership to create Transformation Roadmaps, Target Operating Models, and optimize tactical value. • Drive Work Orchestration through Lean, Flexible Operating Models, and Automated & Agile Workforce. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement • Experience in Banking and/or Financial Crime operations/Financial Services • Background in process automation and digital transformation initiatives • Individual contributor; good to have supervisory experience as the FS tower is expected to grow/expand • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified; Alternately PMP Certified
