---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: BI Engineering Specialist WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The Business Analyst transforms complex datasets into impactful visual stories and actionable insights for the SWS Optimization and Automated Reporting service lines. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Data Analysis & RCA: Support the Optimization service line with detailed data analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify process improvements • Requirements Gathering: Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define data needs and technical specifications • Visualization Development: Support the Data Engineer with report builds and dashboard updates using modern BI tools such as Plx and Tableau • Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within SWS data to provide actionable business insights • Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing and transformation tasks to ensure data quality for visualization purposes. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to define priorities and communicate results effectively. • This role also requires familiarity and utilization of AI tools OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Client Site - Non-Accenture Facility

Qualification

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 4 years’ worth of Analytics/Data Science (Data Visualization) experience • Intermediate+ level in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or anything similar • Intermediate+ level in MS Excel with knowledge in VBA and macros for data cleansing • Excellent client management and project management skills – project to assess the readiness of candidates during interview • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required • Open to all industries
