---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Talent Connector Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: As a Senior Analyst, you will manage staffing assignments to fulfill internal open demands with increasing independence. You will support more complex roles and collaborate across staffing teams, while beginning to build direct relationships with project and Talent Supply Chain teams and HR partners. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Validate role details for completeness and correctness in staffing tools. • Match candidates using skills data and system recommendations. • Coordinate with Project Executives and Project Managers on booking selected candidates for assignments. • Escalate demand risks to Specialists. • Communicate booking confirmations and role closures. • Support reporting and tracking open roles. • Monitor and flag at-risk or overdue roles for escalation. • Review and triage open demands based on specialization, level, and skills in close collaboration with Talent Scouts and Talent Planning & Operations. • Generate basic analysis using staffing tools and reports. • Attend and contribute to staffing discussions and alignment meetings as required. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • At least 2-3 years’ job experience preferably with 2 to 3 years on HR, workforce planning, or supply chain management. • Written and verbal proficiency in English. • Familiarity with HR systems, workforce planning tools and data analytics software (e.g. Excel, SAP, Workday etc.) • Preferably with experience working in a multicultural environment that relies on collaborating across departments.
