POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:
• Facilitates the assessment and analysis of employees’ performance and learning needs including all identified learning activities in collaboration with Operations Leads to meet the agreed upon program objectives
• Designs and develops training modules, workbooks, job aids, and assessments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the training team, one is accountable for the following:
Training Needs Assessment
• Facilitate the talent capability assessments to identify high potentials for future leadership opportunities and develop learning plans for competency-building and succession planning
Training Design and Development
• Analysis of competency and knowledge requirements to design an effective training model for learner needs
• Participate in training reviews and feedback sessions from training resources to apply recommendations
• Conduct research, extensive fact checking and validation to support accuracy of information to be added in content
• Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations
• Develop training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, eLearning, videos, job aids, handouts, pre and post course work
• Revision of existing training programs based on changes to requirements
• Liaising with learning partners to include appropriate learning courses in the program
• Working with the technical team in the publishing of materials in the learning platforms
• Create skill and knowledge assessments as well as case studies
Program Management
• Executes communications strategy and activities for internal and external events. Research and prepare communications materials and presentations and provide recommendations on how to approach and deal effectively with key business issues from a communications perspective.
• Partners with Operations Lead to ensure completion of program activities
• Ensures that content, facilitators, resources and tools are prepared for various delivery methods - classroom trainings, virtual classes, reviewed and published training courses, forums, workshops, presentation/ assessment panels
• Monitors learning paths and ensuring the readiness in next steps, coordinating with learning resources and POCs on the ground
• Publishes training schedules, coordinates training enrollment and attendance tracking
• Manages and consolidates training data for measuring effectiveness – learner satisfaction surveys, revalida results, post application scorecards, qualification records, pre- and post-training knowledge checks and regular knowledge checks etc.
• Monitors learner progress for various development paths and certification programs
• Liaises with business partners to ensure availability of certification projects for participants
Training Facilitation
• Deliver courses to program participants
• Provide support to participants in completing various course and certification requirements
• Facilitate orientation sessions to onboard participants, mentors, and other stakeholders
Training Effectiveness Evaluation
• Gather data from operations and other support teams to measure program effectiveness
• Monitor progress of employees by tracking performance indicators
