RESPONSIBILITIES: The Capability Development Instructor New Associate is responsible for the overall capability development program in specific business units in Accenture Operations (specifically F&A biz unit). He/She is expected to provide direct support to business unit(s) of high complexity. His/Her responsibilities include: • Assisting in Conducting Needs Assessment • Supporting alignment of business needs with training solutions • Contributing to the design and development of training solutions • Assisting in the coordination and delivery of trainings • Assisting in data collection and analysis of training results • Collaborating with internal teams such as Delivery Team, Mobilization, Operations, and other teams to ensure proper and smooth trainings are being delivered OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 1 year training experience from any industry • At least 2 years F&A experience (PTP or RTR or OTC); can be from previous roles, not necessarily in training • Individual Contributor • Preferably with experience writing DTPs, not required • Preferably with MS Office knowledge (Excel, PPT), not required as these can be enabled once onboarded • 100% RTO • Any topic can be covered during demo teaching
