---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Learning Operations Specialist WORK SETUP: Return to Office RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports aspects of: • Curriculum planning and mapping • Training Content development and review • Creation and implementation of testing materials and instruments • Instructional methods and knowledge transfer approach • Training materials and job aids • Training logistics • Training effectiveness measurements • Supports the design and development of training modules, process documentation and job aid necessary to perform the associate’s job role task and function. • Participates in the planning, development, implementation, and effectiveness measurement of educational programs. • Develop training materials and may be responsible for delivering course material addressing knowledge or skill-based deficits and/or other needs identified. • Supports organizational effectiveness and client satisfaction by focusing on efficiency, process reliability, adapting to the external environment, and promoting business excellence through learning. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends off Project/Team Location: Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• CL9- USRN
• Holds active, unrestricted US Registered Nurse license (NY Nurse license needed).
• A minimum of three (3) months of prior working experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting required postgraduate- working experience in a clinical setting (inpatient or outpatient direct patient care) required
• Three months is equivalent to 480 hours of working experience as an RN
• Working experience as a Registered Nurse means holding an active RN license and providing direct patient care
• Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, or clinic
• With experience as a trainer or QA
