---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Insurance Operations Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee daily operations of the document management team • Assign tasks and monitor workload distribution • Motivate and guide team members to meet performance goals • Process Management • Ensure accurate indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents • Monitor compliance with document management policies and procedures • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors • Provide feedback and corrective action when errors are identified • Training & Development • Oversee Training of new hires on document management systems and protocols • Mentor team members to build skills and career growth • Performance Monitoring • Track SLA Performance such as turnaround time, accuracy rate, and productivity • Prepare performance reports for management review • Address underperformance through coaching and improvement plans • Client & Stakeholder Communication • Act as the point of contact for client queries related to document management • Provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends off Project/Team Location: San Nicolas Valdez Center Bldg. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Team Lead profile; no domain • At least 3 years solid experience; 1-year supervisory experience
