---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Program and Project Mgmt Sr Analyst WORK SETUP: RTO Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of moderate to high risk and complex projects from original concept through completion • Defines project scope, develops schedules and budget, and identifies resource requirements, deliverables and timeframes for completion • Acts as the single point of contact for its team and coordinates activities with internal/external groups • Manages multiple concurrent projects and coordinates activities of several project teams • Support operations in ensuring all deliverables align with timelines, quality standards, and overall program objectives. • Support the Delivery Program Manager in creating cost estimates and detailed work plans for assigned programs and activities • Apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate concepts, solutions, and alternatives, supporting data-driven decision-making. • Implement and promote the use of standard project management methods, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. • Define and analyze the costs and benefits of specific solutions to support informed decision-making. • Adhere to and ensure compliance with organizational policies, structures, and processes. • Team members may occasionally be asked to perform non-pmo-related roles or tasks as needed to support business and organizational requirements. The expected outcomes from these temporary assignments will be discussed by the designated lead as they arise to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.
