This role provides expert guidance, leads complex issue resolution, and partners with business and technical teams to optimize work delivery systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and oversee workforce management processes, ensuring optimal performance of work delivery systems. • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical and operational issues. • Design and implement improvements to detection, alerting, and reporting systems. • Own and enhance tools and processes for issue reporting and management, driving user adoption and effectiveness. • Assign, prioritize, and track issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution by the right teams or individuals. • Develop, document, and standardize best practices for issue management and process improvement. • Coordinate and lead responses to high-impact incidents, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution. • Produce and present advanced reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership. • Analyze data to drive strategic decisions, reduce recurring issues, and improve system stability. • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders on issue management and workforce solutions. • Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualification

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • BRG Standard Sys Dev Profile • 2-3 years total experience • SQL only • Advanced Excel
