---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Workforce Services Sr Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage the MSP team to provide timely and high-quality support for AWD configuration and other product support tasks. • Establish and maintain operational consistency and governance around AWD support requests across multiple lines of business. • Develop and oversee a defined pipeline of work for MSP execution, ensuring efficient task triage and completion. • Help assist in project planning and mobilization of new workstreams from the client. • Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to align support processes and SLAs. • Monitor MSP performance metrics SLAs and KPIs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to expand MSP capabilities, • Ensure MSP adherence to compliance standards and operational best practices. • Provide leadership and mentorship to MSP team members, fostering skill development and operational excellence. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years relevant work experience; 1 year supervisory Consider RTA + any of the three other WFM functions (Scheduling, Forecasting, or Capacity Planning) • Experience managing and/or mentoring team members. • MSP or contingent workforce teams in a large-scale operational environment. • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. • Background in workforce management skills and knowledges are preferred. • Skills and experience in SQL and Python are preferred. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics and driving operational improvements.
