POSITION TITLE: Global Sourcing Associate Manager - Procurement Practice
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
• Pursue and develop senior-level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts, support account stakeholder relationship plans
• Understand our contractual obligations with the clients you have oversight for and scope of services provided by Accenture
Leading Sourcing Function
• Continuously design, innovate & improve on the execution of sourcing to ‘lead in the new’
• Develop and deploy Sourcing offering deliverables (i.e., process templates, tools, insights)
• Ensure consistency of sourcing project delivery within designated team by leveraging best practices across the Agile
Sourcing organization
• Review operational results and identify opportunities for process changes
• Define and build the sourcing product offering (i.e., operating model, organizational design, off/nearshore optimization, best practices, sourcing and buying tools, strategic and tactical sourcing approaches, key metrics, and reports)
• Establish and foster a positive organizational culture for your team
• Collaborate with Strategy & Consulting, Account Management, Procurement Category Advisory and Procurement Advisory teams for upsell and solution development (i.e., sales tours)
Team Management
• Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to team members on stakeholder and project management, with a special emphasis on collaboration, customer focus, delivery excellence (diligence, project management hygiene, discipline), and continuous improvement
• Directly manage and develop the capability of the Sourcing Project Managers in our business
• Overall accountability for the sourcing projects and Project Managers within your team
• Accountable for ensuring project staffing meets both skill and cost requirements
• Ensure team members receive necessary training to remain relevant to clients
• Maintain overall team chargeability in line with targets
Leading Complex Sourcing Projects
• Potentially lead medium to high complexity sourcing projects, as needed (to understand the requirements and challenges your team members face)
• Make a significant impact from a client satisfaction standpoint with your projects
• Lead teams by example through the delivery of outstanding projects

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree holder
• At least 5 years combined relevant work experience in Global Sourcing, Contract Management or Category Management or Contracts/Contracting
• Must have an experience in supporting clients in the US / international client or regions not local to the Philippines
• Experience in IT/Telco/ Software/ IT Infrastructure is an advantage
• With stakeholder management experience
