--ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Service Delivery Ops Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: The Customer Success Lead (CSL) will use their deep sales expertise to shape sales strategies and solutions to achieve revenue, coverage, and other key sales targets. The CSL will manage a relationship with the client Head of Sales and work alongside the Accenture Global Operations lead and Product. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead sales performance of all programs on site including reporting, planning and forecasting. • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance presentations (internal and external) Accountable for sales targets by quarter for each program. • Develop strategy and design for sales books by program. • Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous program improvement and innovation. • Identify and implement solutions to inform critical sales strategies and optimize sales processes. • Advisor to specialist programs to ensure smooth delivery of program globally. • Closely partner with the operations director/manager/lead for overall site success • Partner with client head of sales for alignment on sales strategy and delivery • Serve as guide and mentor to program leads (Individual program leads at a site will report into this role) • Ability to work independently to both shape and execute work for self and others. • Must have 8-12 years of experience in Sales Operations
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in managerial role
• Open to any industry
