POSITION TITLE: Business Transformation Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation road-maps.
• End-to-end process transformation projects for global clients.
• Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation
Project Rest Day: Rotation
Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:


•    Open to college graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience in Process Improvement
•    Must have at least 1 year of experience in Process Improvement/Business Excellence
•    Must be at least Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained
•    Experience handling a project in a client facing role
