Responsibilities: • 5-7 years end-to-end Recruitment experience in Internal or Agency recruitment function within Technology. • Strong experience sourcing via Social Media, Employee Referrals, Alumni channels. • Relationship management at Managing Director/Senior Stakeholder level. • Team building, people development and coaching. • Experience working in an RPO environment. • Exposure to supporting Australia & New Zealand in a big plus. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1


SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Manage end to end recruitment responsibilities for the Service Group assigned. • Work with a team of recruiting professionals who are responsible for executing the recruitment plan. • Partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of their business priorities. Formulate and recommend recruitment strategies that will support achievement of these priorities. • Report on status, effectiveness and quality of sourcing efforts, team member productivity/activity and issues, recommend actions to Recruitment Lead. • Ensure that sourcing processes are innovative and effective. Recommend and implement process improvements. • Utilise reporting to drive recruitment source channel optimization & provide accurate, real time data and insightful analytics. • Use data and analytics to shape strategy and make informed recruitment decisions. • Provide operational support to Recruitment Lead.
