PROJECT NAME: TBD
POSITION TITLE: Learning Partner Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate buy versus build decisions for learning solutions, leveraging global assets where possible.
• Lead the development of content for capability development programs.
• Develop reporting and measurement process for assessing learning program value.
• Develop communications strategies to build awareness of learning programs.
• Work across teams to develop and implement certification programs.

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 7 years related experience • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience • With stakeholder management experience
