---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE---PROJECT NAME: Project PIAPOSITION TITLE: Total Rewards Sr AnalystWORK SET UP: HybridOVER ALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies• Develop and execute HR programs • Develop, deliver, and/or support the Human Capital Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each program/entity• Serve and/or support the processes for ensuring employees needs are met throughout the entire HR life cycle• Oversee, plan, and/or support key HR functions such as annual performance management cycles, supply/demand management, employee engagement and people programs, total rewards, and talent development • Provide counsel to project executive teams on career planning, leadership development and people management• Coordinate with the regional and country Compensation and Benefits contacts to implement initiatives, programmes and complete local/global deliverables • Interface with HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas to provide compensation communication as needed • Monitor the organization’s total rewards programs (pension, benefits, compensation or equity) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and work council agreements • Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) global programs and processes, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines • Finalize overall Total Rewards Management budget requirements • Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all the operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes • Direct the design, communications, enrollment, claims administration, vendor interfaces, premium payments, database systems, and accounting for various total rewards programOTHERS:Project Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1Project / Team Shift Schedule: Rotation ShiftProject / Team Rest Day: Weekends Off

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:1. At least 3 years overall work experience2. 2 - 3 years with Total Rewards experience focusing in compensation planning3. Supervisory experience is not required 4. Open to undergraduates with experience5. Knowledge in Excel is desired
