SErvice Manager - Initially lead the transition of work from ATCC to ATCP - Lead the ATCC team as well as the ATCP team in the interim - At the end of KT, Service manager will lead the ATCP team AMS - Collaborate with client to discuss status and report updates - Assign tasks to the team and ensure the team is fully utilized and optimized - Ensure that processes are followed by the AMS team - Ensure that proper metrics are utilized to track performance and progress of the team Minimum 8 year(s) of experience is required
