Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Good knowledge of the different Cloud platforms Ability to utilize effective techniques to determine root causes of problems, use tools and techniques for antificipating, recognizing and resolving operational problems, and identify and mitigate risk Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, give consideration to views and concerns of others, achieve objectives through teamwork, and deliver on commitments Good to have: 1 AWS/Azure or Google Cloud certification is a plus Responsibilities: Access management on Cloud Portal
