• Lead one or more pods or related workstreams, set priorities, manage timelines and risks, and ensure delivery quality. • Partner with stakeholders to define quantitative metrics, business outcomes, efficiency measures, and ROI for supply chain initiatives. • Oversee the generation and testing of data-driven hypotheses and ensure results are interpreted in the context of business operations. • Provide technical input on systems, data, information requirements, solution design, and resource needs. • Develop tailored solutions with stakeholders and identify ways to improve metrics, processes, continuity, and capability. • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, readiness, and continuity plans are in place before ownership changes. • Remain hands-on in solution design, analytical review, assumption testing, issue resolution, and technical content as needed.
