Product Owner

Summary: As a Product Owner, you will spend your day guiding the product's direction by representing the customer's perspective and ensuring the team remains aligned with their needs. You will oversee the planning and prioritization of work, continuously validating ideas through feedback to adapt the product strategy effectively. Your role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap that drives value and meets client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity and alignment. - Monitor progress and adjust priorities to respond to changing requirements and feedback. - Promote a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Banking. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories. - Experience in prioritizing backlogs and managing product roadmaps effectively. - Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Banking. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
