Pega Platform Specialist

Summary

• Design, develop, and enhance software components tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Collaborate with and manage team members to achieve project objectives.
• Take ownership of team decisions and key technical deliverables.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical project and architectural decisions.
• Provide solutions to technical challenges within the team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders and team members.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and professional growth.
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Pega best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
• Knowledge of Pega integration capabilities and data management techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable solutions.

Additional Information

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
• Position is based in Manila.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience required.
