Quality Engineer - Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute testing strategies, performing continuous testing across various stages of the application lifecycle, and contributing to the development of automation scripts. You will also participate in code reviews and monitor defect reports, all while striving for continuous improvement in the testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals.
- Facilitate communication between development and testing teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Test Planning, Functional Testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts.
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
