Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience with integrating custom solutions within complex software ecosystems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.
- Proficient in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
