Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of project management activities that encompass the entire lifecycle of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all activities align with organizational goals and client expectations. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, all while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project scheduling tools and software. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Familiarity with risk management techniques and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
