Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing processes. You will engage with team members to discuss challenges and solutions, ensuring that the testing environment is efficient and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize testing methodologies and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Neotys NeoLoad.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
