Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure project goals are met. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger. - Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. - Experience with integration of Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger. - This position is based at our Manila office.
