Security Managed Services Practitioner

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing solutions, and providing expert guidance to enhance security measures. You will also engage in problem-solving activities to address security challenges and ensure that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in security practices. - Conduct regular assessments of security protocols and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement security policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with incident response and threat management. - Proficient in analyzing security logs and identifying potential threats. - Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in SIEM operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
