Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. - Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. - Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Proficient in project management software and tools to track project progress. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and collaborate with team members. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
