Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage with clients to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Your day will involve addressing client inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and communication. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems run efficiently and meet client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues to enhance system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Provide training and support to clients on system functionalities and best practices. - Document and track client interactions and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of network monitoring tools and techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring solutions and best practices. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
