We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage Salesforce CRM Analytics to drive data insights, support business decision-making, and enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and optimize data analytics solutions within Salesforce, ensuring that data is accurate, actionable, and aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Analytics Development: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Data Integration & Modeling: Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and create optimized data models to support analytics within Salesforce.
  • Data Transformation: Leverage ETL tools to integrate external data sources into Salesforce CRM Analytics, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Optimization: Build and optimize complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership and key business units.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, align on analytics strategies, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Data Quality Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the analytics platform by implementing data validation rules, cleansing processes, and regular audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce CRM Analytics features and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to improve analytics capabilities and performance.
  • Documentation & Training: Document analytics processes, workflows, and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and use of Salesforce CRM Analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Salesforce Experience:
    • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics), including building reports, dashboards, and advanced data visualizations.
    • Experience with Salesforce Data Modeling and Data Management concepts.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and its tools, including lenses, datasets, and dataflows.
  • Data Integration & ETL Tools:
    • Experience working with ETL tools such as Data Loader, Talend, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit to integrate external data into Salesforce.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Import/Export tools and Data Migration strategies.
  • SQL & Data Querying: Strong proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SQL for data querying, filtering, and optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
    • Advanced skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and KPIs.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM Systems: Experience with Salesforce CRM is a must; knowledge of other CRM systems like HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho is a plus.

  • Adaptability & Learning: Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce platform enhancements, analytics trends, and industry best practices.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality delivery of analytics solutions.

Tools and Applications:

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics) – Required
  • APEX Data Loader and other Salesforce data tools – Required
  • SQL (including SOQL) – Required
  • ETL Tools (e.g., Talend, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, SSIS) – Preferred
  • Tableau or other BI tools – Preferred
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS – Preferred

Additional Skills (Optional but Beneficial):

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer.
  • Data Visualization: Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
  • Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for integrating with Salesforce.
