Integration Architect Consultant
- Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself.
As an Integration Architect Consultant, you will be the technical linchpin responsible for designing, developing, and governing robust integrations between Ivalua and client enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Ivalua, Coupa, and other third-party platforms. You will engage directly with functional and technical teams—both client-side and internal—to ensure seamless data exchange and process orchestration across the entire Source-to-Pay landscape.
This is not just about moving data; it’s about understanding business processes, mapping them across systems, and architecting solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with both business and IT strategy.
If you're passionate about building strong technical foundations that connect systems, processes, and people—this is the role for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect and design end-to-end integration solutions for procurement SaaS platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua) with ERPs (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Workday) and third-party systems (e.g. tax engines, supplier networks).
Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to understand integration requirements and process flows.
Lead end-to-end integration development lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, data mapping, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and governance models across projects.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide resolution strategies quickly and effectively.
Guide and mentor developers and integration team members, performing code reviews and architecture validations as needed.
Work with Ivalua product consultants to align integration strategies with platform capabilities.
Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and post-production support activities related to integrations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in systems integration design and delivery across ERP platforms such as SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), Oracle EBS/Cloud, or Workday.
Background on Sales/Solutioning and Consulting
Strong hands-on knowledge of API development (REST/SOAP), data transformation (JSON, XML, CSV), and middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, TIBCO, etc.).
Solid understanding of procurement or finance business processes (e.g., PR/PO, GR, Invoicing, Vendor Master).
Demonstrated experience in leading integration projects end-to-end, from design through to deployment.
Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions.
Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Additional Information:
Exposure to Ivalua or similar S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer).
Ivalua Level 2 or 3 Technical Certification would be a strong plus.
Experience with master data governance, data quality frameworks, or API management platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP for hosting or managing integration solutions
