Application Support Engineer

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various applications. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions aimed at improving system performance and user experience, making your role vital to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Document solutions and share knowledge with team members to enhance collective expertise. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support. - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development, Portuguese Language. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Proficiency in software troubleshooting and debugging techniques. - Familiarity with various software development methodologies. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
