Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in steering the project towards successful outcomes while fostering collaboration within the team and across departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance team efficiency. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency. - Facilitate team meetings to encourage open communication and address any challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to utilize project management software and tools effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
