Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in the analysis, design, coding, and testing of various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to address challenges, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the quality and functionality of the software applications you work on. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to enhance application performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Adaptive Insight. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. - Proficient in coding languages relevant to application development. - Ability to work with databases and perform data manipulation tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Adaptive Insight. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
