Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations align with project goals and standards. You will engage with team members to discuss progress and challenges, contributing to a collaborative work environment focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on configuration requirements. - Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records of changes. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues. - Provide training and support to team members on configuration management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Testing, English Language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with version control systems and configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
