Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to address technical challenges and enhance system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the monitoring and management of infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. - Engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various systems and applications. - Document and maintain records of support activities and resolutions for future reference. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Applications, Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of server and network management principles. - Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with operating system-level support across various platforms. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
