Kinaxis Senior Analyst
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the software operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze and diagnose software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with system performance monitoring and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
