Software Development Engineer

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Identify and troubleshoot issues in the application code, providing timely resolutions. - Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of development processes. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle SOA BPEL Process Manager. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development, Oracle SOA OSB. - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture principles and practices. - Experience in developing and deploying BPEL processes and web services. - Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices in enterprise application integration. - Ability to work with various databases and perform data mapping and transformation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle SOA BPEL Process Manager. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
