Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve desired business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You will play a crucial role in guiding your team and collaborating with various departments to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and project delivery. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management Governance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
